My brother recently bought a USB controller for our Dynasty Warriors 6 game on PC. (In a bid to stop us from destroying the keyboard with all the button mashing, as what happened to our previous keyboard.) So he got the Genius Maxfire Grandias and I thought maybe I'll let you know more about it. It's a very noisy USB controller as far as I am concerned, with every press of the button there's a heavy sound. Though it is a very new controller and hasn't been seasoned, it is noiser than a Playstation controller. It doesn't have a lot of buttons either, there are no analogue sticks and only a "Turbo" button in the middle of the controller. Without a analogue stick for movement, the directional pad is very punishing (compared to Playstation controllers) to the thumb. It requires quite a bit of force on my part to hold down the directional pad and thus causes quite a bit of strain. The turbo function that comes with this controller enables you to press and hold the button for continuous attacks or shooting in First Person Shooters. It's a fun function to use albiet a bit lazy of me. (I use it in Hack and Slash Dynasty Warriors 6 on PC.) There is a new Genius Maxfire Grandias 12V that comes with analogue sticks so if you're shopping for one, try to get that model instead.
